Project for the HaCAithon 2026 hackathon, in the public health track. It turns the deliberately activated voice of an emergency professional into structured clinical-operational information that keeps demand and effective capacity of the care network up to date. It complements Chile's Central Case Management Unit (UGCC), it does not replace it.
